Return/Exchange Policy:


  • Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him from the store within 30 days following the date of receipt of the product, and he is not entitled to exchange the product after 30 days.
  • Provide a copy of the purchase invoice (paper or electronic).
  • The customer shall bear the shipping costs in case of exchange and return.
  • Free quantities must be returned in case of promotional offers.
  • The invoice must be issued by the store or website.
  • Refunds are for returned products only, other charges such as shipping fees or COD fees are non-refundable.
  • Any fees imposed on financial transactions (bank transfer fees, currency difference) will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the customer's refund.
  • To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety, and the consumer is responsible for paying the shipping value in case he wants to replace the product, and in international replacement, the consumer bears the full cost of shipping and delivery of the product to the shipping company, and in case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
